5. Photos and Media

Photos you upload are securely stored using cloud object storage and delivered via content delivery networks for performance and reliability.

Photos are only accessible within your account and are not publicly shared by us.

6. Sharing and External Services

When you choose to share content:

  • Data is shared through your device’s native sharing features (e.g., Messages, Mail, WhatsApp)

When you choose to make reservations:

  • You may be directed to third-party services such as OpenTable or Resy

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of external services.

7. Location Data

If enabled:

  • Location may be used to assist with identifying and logging restaurants
  • Location is not stored unless included in user-saved entries

8. Data Retention

We retain your data while your account is active.

When you delete your account:

  • All associated data is permanently deleted within a reasonable timeframe

9. Your Choices

You can:

  • Edit or delete your data within the app
  • Delete your account at any time
  • Disable location services in device settings

10. Account Deletion

Users can permanently delete their account within the app.

This will:

  • Remove authentication credentials
  • Delete all associated data, including restaurants, notes, and photos

This action cannot be undone.

We implement reasonable safeguards to protect your information. However, no system is completely secure.

12. Children’s Privacy

This app is not intended for children under 13.
